What these terms cover

This website is operated by Shaik Shoaib, operating as Collectraft, based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Collectraft is a brand name, not a separate legal entity: the operator is an individual sole proprietor, and there is no incorporated entity behind it.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Shaik Shoaib, operating as Collectraft. “You” means the business you represent and, where the context requires it, you personally.

By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

How we handle the information you give us is described separately in our Privacy Policy.

Who may use this site

This site is for business use only. It is not intended for personal, family or household purposes, and the waitlist is for people signing up on behalf of a business.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or join the waitlist. If you join on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

The waitlist is not a contract

Joining the waitlist means we have your email address and permission to email you about early access. That is all it means. In particular:

• It does not create a contract between us, and it is not an offer to sell you anything.
• It does not guarantee you access to the product, a place in any particular group, or access by any particular date.
• It does not reserve, price, or commit us to any product, feature, plan or discount.
• It costs nothing, and nothing on this site charges you.

We may invite people from the waitlist in any order, invite some and not others, or never launch at all. You can leave the waitlist at any time by replying to any email from us with the word “unsubscribe”, or by writing to hello@collectraft.com.

Planned features and no reliance

Descriptions of features, integrations, timing and pricing reflect what we currently intend to build. They may change substantially, be delayed, be offered only on certain plans, or never ship at all. We are not promising any of them.

Do not make business decisions in reliance on them. Nothing on this site should be treated as a commitment, and you should not defer a purchase, cancel another service, change a process, or commit money or staff time on the basis of a feature described here.

Nothing on this site is legal, accounting, tax or financial advice. Collections and debt-recovery practices are regulated in many places, and it is your responsibility to make sure how you pursue your own receivables complies with the law that applies to you.

Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Submit information that is false, or that belongs to someone else without their permission.
• Submit someone else’s email address to the waitlist.
• Use automated means to submit the form, scrape the site, or otherwise load it in a way designed to burden it.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any related system.
• Interfere with the site’s operation or its security features.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any law that applies to you.

We may remove a waitlist entry, or block access to the site, if we believe any of the above has happened.

Our content

The Collectraft name and logo, the text, layout, illustrations and design of this site, and the product mockups shown on it, belong to us or are used with permission. They are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

You may view and share links to these pages. You may not copy, republish, adapt or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. If you would like to write about Collectraftand need materials, email hello@collectraft.com.

Product and brand names mentioned on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc. Xero is a trademark of Xero Limited. Google Ads is a trademark of Google LLC. Meta is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

Collectraft is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit, Xero, Google or Meta. We refer to their products only to describe the systems Collectraft is planned to work with. Any integration will be subject to those providers’ own terms and approval processes, and describing one here does not mean it exists or has been approved.

Disclaimers

This site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that the information on it is complete, accurate or current.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of this site or the waitlist — including any decision you make in reliance on a planned feature described here.

Our total liability arising out of or in connection with this site and the waitlist will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). You pay us nothing for this site, and that limit reflects that.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes to the site and these terms

We may change, suspend or withdraw this site or the waitlist at any time. We may also update these terms; when we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction.

If you are a resident of a US state whose law gives you rights or remedies that cannot be waived by agreement, nothing here is intended to take those away from you.
