Collectraft is a brand name, not a separate legal entity. The operator is an individual sole proprietor, and correspondence reaches them directly.
General enquiries
Questions about the product, the waitlist, press enquiries, or anything not covered below. This is also the address our emails come from, so replying to one reaches us.
Privacy and data requests
Use this address to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to opt out of any sale or sharing of it, or to raise a grievance about how we have handled your data. It is also the grievance contact for requests under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
To make a request, email us and include:
- What you would like us to do — for example “tell me what you hold” or “delete my details”.
- The email address your request is about. Sending from that address is the simplest way to confirm it is yours.
- If you are an authorised agent acting for someone else, written proof that they authorised you.
We will confirm we received your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. There is no charge, and you will never need an account. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Stop receiving emails
Reply to any email from us with the word “unsubscribe”. That is the whole process, and the instruction is printed in the footer of every email we send. You can also write to hello@collectraft.com or privacy@collectraft.com and say which address to remove.
Opt-outs are handled by a person, not an automated system, so allow a little time. We will honour your request within 10 business days, and normally much sooner. You do not need an account, a password or a reason, and there is nothing to pay.
Once you have opted out, we keep a minimal record — your email address and the date — so that we do not email you again if the address is ever submitted a second time. That record is never used to contact you, and you can ask us to delete it too.

If something on this site is hard to use with a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or any other assistive technology, tell us at hello@collectraft.com and we will fix it. Our accessibility statement explains where we currently stand.
Postal mail
We do not publish a street address on the site, but our full postal address is included in the footer of every email we send, as US email law requires. If you need it in writing beforehand, email hello@collectraft.com and we will send it to you.
